Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website loanserv.in operated by LoanServ ("LoanServ", "we", "us" or "our"), a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and loan facilitator based in Hyderabad, Telangana. By accessing, browsing or submitting information through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our Role as a DSA / Facilitator

LoanServ is a loan facilitator and Direct Selling Agent only. We are not a lender, bank or NBFC, and we do not lend money, sanction loans or collect repayments. Our role is limited to:

• Providing information about loan products offered by our partner banks and NBFCs.
• Collecting your enquiry through the apply-lead form and forwarding it to relevant partner lenders.
• Offering a free, consent-based credit-score check as a convenience.

Any loan application, approval, sanction, disbursal and servicing is carried out entirely by the partner bank or NBFC under a separate agreement between you and that lender. LoanServ is not a party to that lending relationship.

No Guarantee of Loan Approval

We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that you will be approved for any loan, or approved on any particular terms. Loan eligibility, approval, interest rates, processing fees, tenure and all other terms are determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the partner bank or NBFC, based on their own credit policies and your profile. Submitting a form on loanserv.in does not create any right to a loan and does not obligate any lender to contact or approve you.

Rates, offers, eligibility criteria, EMI figures and other financial information shown on loanserv.in are indicative and for general reference only. They are sourced from partner lenders or publicly available data and may change without notice. They do not constitute an offer, a commitment, or financial or investment advice. You must confirm the actual, current terms directly with the relevant lender before acting. Please also read our Disclaimer.

Your Responsibilities

By using the website, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract in India.
• The information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete, and you have the right to share it.
• You will not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You consent to being contacted by LoanServ and our partner lenders in relation to your enquiry, including where your number is registered under DND, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

• Reliance on any indicative rate, offer or information published on the website.
• Any decision, act or omission of a partner bank or NBFC, including rejection of a loan, or the terms it offers.
• Any third-party advertising, links, cookies or services.
• Any loss of data, unauthorised access, or interruption of service.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoanServ and its associates from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
